...in Lathangie, a location just outwith the main high street of Kinross in the Tayside area.

The low slung design approach is a signature of KRA healthcare projects allowing the premises to become domestic in appearance and further softened with the mix of materials and curved shapes.

Firmly a contemporary design sitting within a green field site, it has a backdrop of tree belts within a stream setting.

The premises house two GP practices alongside CHP services such as District Nurses, Health Visitors, Chiropody, a large physiotherapy suite, pharmacy and Coffee Shop.

The design incorporates many features from other KRA buildings such as rooflighting and a feeling of open space and colour. One of the main features is a double height waiting room with a curved roof form and an exposed roof beam and column arrangement situated to the front of the building, adjacent to the main public entrance. This draws your eye and focusses the user on where the entrance is.

Again a fit for purpose building of 2,400m2 along with associated car parking for both patient and staff is being provided, set in an attractive landscape setting. The Contractor is on site and construction should be completed within a 12 month period.
